Guaranty:
All of our products are guaranteed against breakage occurring from normal wear for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please reference your care and cleaning instructions. If an item breaks within this time period it will be repaired free of charge as long as all of the original parts are returned. If any parts are lost due to breakage, we will make every effort to repair the item. If missing components are no longer available the item will be replaced with a similar item or a full refund will be offered. You must notify us immediately of the defect via email to: info@creationsfromparadise.com. If we cannot repair or replace the merchandise to your satisfaction, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit or refund upon return of the merchandise, in un-used condition and original packaging, including gift box, within 60 days of receipt.
Return Policy:
This guaranty policy does not apply to simple "changes of heart or mind". We make every effort to fully describe each item on this site. Our expectation is that if we deliver goods in good condition and as described, that you will honor your purchase decision. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee within 10 days, as long as item has not been used or damaged. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and packed in the original packaging, including gift box, and in original condition. Returns are not possible on custom special orders or sale items. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
